This is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo (sleeps four). Smoking is not allowed. No pets allowed. The second bedroom can be used as an office or den and has a fold down queen Murphy bed. The private oversized wraparound balcony can be accessed from the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room with unobstructed southern and easterly views overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds, pool area, spa, Ten Thousand Islands, and Gulf of Mexico. Watch the dolphins swim and the boats cruise by.
Shipp’s Landing is situated on 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and has three outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. The two fitness rooms are equipped with tred mills, stationary bikes, Stair Master, Bowflex, and free weights. There are three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a BBQ area. Enjoy the sunshine from a beautiful private sandy beach with thatched umbrellas. Residents have access to excellent fishing from our private pier. The main beach for walking, swimming, and excellent shelling is only a short walk away. Marco Island has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy.
